QAI.CEO is an AI-powered business automation platform operated by Adpins Ltd (Companies House No. 15680698), registered at 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, United Kingdom. We provide AI workforce solutions — marketing, support, admin, and growth automation ("Services").
02 / Eligibility
You must be 18+ with legal capacity to enter agreements. If using Services on behalf of a business, you confirm authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
03 / Services
QAI delivers custom AI workforce solutions scoped to each client individually. We may modify or discontinue any Service with reasonable notice to active clients.
04 / Payment
All pricing is custom and agreed before work begins. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur 2% monthly interest. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled with 7 days' notice.
05 / Refunds
If you're unsatisfied within the first 30 days, contact us. Refunds are assessed case-by-case. Our goal is results — if it's not working, we fix it first.
06 / Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QAI to: violate laws, send spam, infringe IP rights, distribute malware, impersonate others, or disrupt our Services.
07 / Intellectual Property
All QAI technology and materials remain property of Adpins Ltd. Content created for your business using our Services is yours upon full payment.
08 / Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adpins Ltd's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
09 / Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
